We setup between 5:30am and 9:30am, and breakdown from 5:00pm to 7:30pm. We always have someone answering the phones during the day and try to be on call as much as possible.
Full payment is taken at the time of booking. Once your reservation is confirmed, you will be sent a payment link.
We do not give refunds under any circumstances due to the weather, but in the event of an evacuation, a credit will be issued for the difference between daily and weekly rental rates.
We currently serve Corolla, Nags Head & Kill Devil Hills.

Customer service is the most important aspect of our company. 

Corolla Beach Services is the only setup company that assigns a beach concierge to you for the week of your vacation. You will have direct communication to them if any issues arise throughout the week, which allows for quicker response time. Any issues will be taken care of the same day to maximize your enjoyment!

We also are one of only two setup companies that provide high-back oak chairs. These chairs are more comfortable, recline, and allow anyone with back or knee issues to get in and out of their chair(s) with ease. Other companies offer only low-sitting aluminum chairs. 

Lastly, our employeees (your concierges) are local to the area they are serving! We are based in multiple locations, not coming from other areas to service you. This helps us keep everything tight!

For cancellations more than 48 hours in advance, please call our main number at 252-457-5732. A 15% administrative fee will assessed on all cancellations, or we can give you a FULL credit for the following season, regardless of rate increases.
