What are your business hours?
We set up between 5:30 am and 9:30 am, and breakdown from 5:00 pm to 7:30 pm. We always have someone answering the phones during the day and try to be on call as much as possible.
When do you take payment?
Full payment is taken at the time of booking. Once your reservation is confirmed, you will be sent a payment link.
If the weather is bad, do you give refunds?
We do not give refunds under any circumstances due to the weather, but in the event of an evacuation, a credit will be issued for the difference between daily and weekly rental rates.
What is included in a beach setup service on the Outer Banks?
Our all-inclusive Outer Banks beach setup service includes daily setup and breakdown of your chosen equipment — canopy tents, oak beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and coolers with ice — delivered directly to your beach spot. Our team sets up by 10:00 am every morning and breaks everything down after 5:00 pm. You just show up and enjoy yourself. We serve all major Outer Banks locations including Corolla, Carova, Duck, Southern Shores, Kitty Hawk, Kill Devil Hills, and Nags Head.

What makes CBS different from other setup companies?
There are 3 main reasons Corolla Beach Services has stood out in the Outer Banks for the last 7 years.
Corolla Beach Services is the only setup company that assigns a beach concierge to you for the week of your vacation. You will have direct communication to them if any issues arise throughout the week, which allows for quicker response time. Any issues will be taken care of the same day to maximize your enjoyment!
We also are one of only two setup companies that provide high-back oak chairs. These chairs are more comfortable, recline, and allow anyone with back or knee issues to get in and out of their chair(s) with ease. Other companies offer only low-sitting aluminum chairs.
We are also the only beach setup company on the Outer Banks to offer food delivery directly to your beach setup. Through our exclusive partnership with Bacchus Wine & Gourmet — Corolla’s favorite gourmet deli — CBS customers can have sandwiches, wine, and beer delivered straight to their spot on the sand. This is an exclusive experience available only to CBS customers. No other setup company on the OBX offers this.
Lastly, our employees (your concierges) are local to the area they are serving! We are based in multiple locations, not coming from other areas to service you. This helps us keep everything tight!
What if we need to cancel our entire vacation and can't come down?
For cancellations more than 48 hours in advance, please call our main number at 252-457-5732. A 15% administrative fee will assessed on all cancellations, or we can give you a FULL credit for the following season, regardless of rate increases.
